I went to youtube tonight and could not help but notice an ad in the
top right corner which said watch Bram Stoker's Dracula. This movie
which is hardly ever spoken about is one of my personal favorites. I
clicked on it and sure enough youtube has the entire film which is over
two hours but uploaded as part of one video. I did not know this was
possible on youtube as I always thought the max on one video was ten
minutes. Obviously there is some sort of deal here between Youtube and
Crackle, the site where the streaming film originates from. There are
commercials during the playback as well but this is definitely
interesting. Perhaps this is a peek into the future of free (and legal)
video on demand movies on the internet.
